Orders are typically ready within our normal processing time.
Customers will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup.
Pickup Requirements
Customers must be 21 years of age or older.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup.
Orders will be held for 24 hours after being marked ready for pickup.
Orders not picked up within 24 hours may be canceled and returned to inventory.
Any applicable refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Delivery Hours Monday – Saturday
Orders placed by 6:30 PM are generally eligible for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 6:30 PM will typically be delivered the following business day.
Delivery Times
Most deliveries are completed within 1–2 hours.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to order volume, traffic, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We currently operate with one delivery driver. During busy periods, delays may occur, and we appreciate your patience.

Delivery Requirements
Customers must be 21 years of age or older.
A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented upon delivery.
The individual placing the order, or another eligible adult 21 years of age or older, must be available to accept delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed because no eligible recipient is available, the order will be returned to Cannabuyit for customer pickup.
Delivery fees are considered earned once a delivery attempt has been made and are non-refundable.
Delivery availability is determined by Cannabuyit's delivery area and operational considerations.
Certain addresses within the delivery radius may not qualify for delivery due to safety, accessibility, or other operational limitations.
Shipping
Cannabuyit ships eligible products throughout the United States only to destinations where those products may legally be possessed and received.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws before placing an order.
By placing an order, customers certify that they are legally permitted to purchase and receive the products ordered.
Cannabuyit reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot legally be shipped or delivered.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are generally processed on the next business day.
Processing times are estimates and may vary during holidays, severe weather, high order volume, inventory verification, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email when available.
Shipping Delays
Cannabuyit is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, government actions, holidays, or other events beyond our control once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
Cannabuyit is not responsible for delayed deliveries, returned shipments, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Cannabuyit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding any delivery disputes or claims whenever applicable.
Refused Shipments
Orders refused by the customer may be subject to return shipping charges, restocking fees where permitted by law, and any additional costs incurred by Cannabuyit.
