We would like to inform our wonderful customers that our shipping service operates from Monday to Friday, and we utilize the United States Postal Service to ship your orders. It is our standard practice to process orders within a day, but occasionally processing may take slightly longer. Therefore, we kindly request that you allow us up to three business days to process your order before we ship it.

At Cannabuyit, we place a high premium on your privacy and satisfaction. Consequently, all our packages contain a ‘Notice to Law Enforcement and Postal Workers’ and a Certificate of Analysis for each hemp product. Furthermore, we meticulously pack all our products in odor-proof, light-resistant packaging, and we ship them in nondescript boxes to ensure that they remain safe and secure during transit.

It is important to note that while we take all necessary measures to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and secure manner, Cannabuyit is not liable for any order that may be lost in transit, not delivered, mistakenly seized, or stolen outside of the customer’s address. We, therefore, encourage you to provide accurate shipping information to ensure that your order is delivered to the correct address.

Returns and Refunds

We guarantee the quality of our products from the time they are planted until they are sold. However, once your order has been shipped, we cannot control what happens to it, and as a result, we cannot accept returns.
